The CanSat Competition involves more than ten teams from all over Europe competing against each other. Each team must complete several tasks within its project: designing the technical hardware, financing the project using sponsors, documenting the project itself and undertaking public relations activities. Between October 2017 and June 2018 the satellite must be constructed and the documentation must be completed. The competition ends with a start-campaign where each team presents their project, the launch of the satellite and the results of the mission.
